1. Applicant must provide verifiable income for the previous two months of employment. Income must be at least 2.5x rent amount

2. Applicant must have at least one-year verifiable rental history.

3. Applicant must have a 600 credit score to qualify for 1 month deposit

    550-574 credit score requires 25% higher deposit                

    575-599 credit score requires 50% higher deposit

4. Applicant must not have any previous felonies or evictions.

5. Applicant must have all money including the deposit, first months rent, RUBS fee and application fee paid before moving in.   

6. Applicant must be willing to live in a smoke free home.
